Transaction Coordinator (Real Estate Wholesaling)

At VAme, we’re looking for a proactive and experienced Transaction Coordinator (TC) who can handle the fast-paced, high-intensity nature of our business. You will responsible for:

• Manage real estate transactions from contract to close.
• Coordinate with buyers, sellers, agents, and title companies.
• Track all deal milestones, documents, and deadlines.
• Ensure smooth communication between all parties.
• Update CRM and maintain accurate records for each transaction.

Requisitos

Proven experience as a Transaction Coordinator in wholesale real estate or fix-and-flip.

Must have experience with InvestorLift software.

Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.

Able to handle high-stress calls and communicate clearly.

Minimal training required, must be ready to “hit the ground running.”
